Parking
Although we do not have
parking spaces to assign, there are numerous parking options available for our
Tenants. The city of Denver has developed an excellent website -
WWW.EXPERIENCEDOWNTOWNDENVER.COM. When you visit the site, you need to
select "PUBLIC Directory" and when the next page is displayed, "click
'P' on the legend to view every parking option in downtown Denver.
Drag the map to our specific location (we are on Sherman Street in between 16th
and Colfax) and you can see what is closest to the building - you will receive
information on rates, restrictions (if any) and contact information to check
availability. ****NOTE: We are in no way affiliated with any of
these lots and therefore make no representations as to their availability or
rates. It is imperative that you call the parking operators directly to verify
this.****
In addition
to your option to purchase a parking permit, there are also on-street metered
spaces available. These meters are free of charge if you are parking on
the weekdays before 9 am, after 6 pm or on the weekends. These spaces are
available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The third parking
option would be to utilize the City of Denver's 'RTD - Park & Ride' service.
We are located in the vicinity of several 'Park & Ride' stations, and the city
has an interesting deal which allows vehicles to be parked for extended periods
(*please contact RTD directly for information regarding the rules and
restrictions* -
www.rtd-denver.com). Some of the
stations feature covered parking and once parked, you are able to access public
transport from there.
